We at Salla are looking for a learning and development coordinator to join our human resources team and help us create and deliver High-quality training programs for our employees. You will be responsible for assessing training needs for our organization, coordinating and facilitating training and developing training materials. To be successful as a learning and development coordinator. you should have a passion for self-learning , educating(teaching) and a strong knowledge of learning principles.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule training programs and workshops
- Maintain training materials, databases, records and resources
- Evaluate impact of training programs and analyze feedback from participants.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to facilitate training sessions
- Assist in the development of learning resources, such as online modules and job aids
- Support the implementation of e-learning initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human resource or MIS
- Proven some experience in coordinating and administering
- Time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
