To meet Kitopi's goals, as an Associate - Quality Control, you have to oversee and control all quality control activities (hygiene, santitation) in accordance with identified quality assurance standards, company procedures, client specifications, and contract requirements.What You'll Do

• Leading the cleaning amp; sanitation program for the entire facility to ensure strict compliance with safety standards
• Conducting raw material inspections, raising NCRs, communicating, and following up on supplier issues.
• Conducting in-process food safety and quality checks of production, packaging process, storage, and dispatch.
• Raising purchasing and maintenance requests
• Conducting site food safety and health amp; safety inspection, and participating in internal and external audits, as well as action planning and corrective action implementation
• Conducting customer complaint investigations and root cause analysis
• Coordinating with Culinary product development for process validation.
• Lead projects involving adopting and integrating new equipment/appliances on the premises.
• To initiate communication with service providers to ensure all factory operations are fully supported.

Who Are We Looking For?

• BSc. Food Tech or Microbiology background or any science-related course.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in quality control in a catering company is a must.
• Familiar with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, GWP, and relevant SFDA food standards
• Leadership and team working skills within own area and across the business.
• Effective usage of data analysis tools.
• With a strong personality and can handle high-pressure situations.
• With experience in handling Local Municipality Inspections or any type of food safety audits.
• Driving license holder.
