Main Accountabilities:
1.Work with Development and Marketing team to assist with all administrative requirements associated with sales.
2.Work with sales agents to understand, review, and present all Sales analytical reports.
3.Responsible for reviewing the Weekly Sales Report, Analyze data of sales figures and collection levels
4.Coordinate weekly Sales Team meetings, Coordinate with suppliers all sales documents amp; materials.
5.Responsible for ensuring proper signatures and file management of executed contracts and Track the progress of all contracts.
6.Assist with any sales presentations (printing/binding) or (mapping and updating layouts).
7.Work with Marketing to coordinate any sales support to ensure that sales gallery and models are maintained
9.Provide primary sales support to all direct/indirect sales representatives
Requirements
Required Education amp; Experience:
Bechelor Degree in Adminstration or Related Major
