Attending to the reception area and maintaining a calm, courteous, and professional attitude while welcoming visitors and directing them to the concerned department or employees, handling incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner, as well as performing general administrative duties.
Duties amp; responsibilities
Technical amp; Executive duties:
- Receiving and welcoming visitors gracefully and directing them to the concerned department or employee in a way that reflects a positive image of Alaqtar's hospitality.
- Answering incoming calls and inquiries as appropriate, by providing callers with relevant information, while ensuring that confidentiality of critical information is well maintained.
- Routing calls and delivering them accurately to the concerned party in a professional and timely manner.
- performing a general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and archiving, in an organized manner to facilitate accessing records and information retrieval.
- Receiving incoming faxes, mail, and emails and forwarding them to the concerned party in a timely manner.
- Assisting in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing front office supplies as well as updating calendars and schedules.
- Ensuring that the reception area's phones and devices operate effectively and reporting any related technical failure to the concerned party.
- Verifying employee's and visitors identification, in addition to observing and reporting suspicious individuals or situations.
- Performing other duties related to the job assigned by the direct supervisor.

Education
- Bachelor degree / Diploma in business administration or related field
