The sales and Growth Manager mainly took over the responsibility of the company's Sales and requirements by following up or acquiring a new product or service. They contact various stakeholders and C-levels to identify any potential targets and determine which would be most beneficial for the company’s long-term goals.
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following :
- Proactively drive new businesses and products
- Lead and monitor a team of Business acquisition specialists that comes under the Growth department to manage complex sales and deals from conception to completion.
- Negotiating prices and terms of agreements with vendors on behalf of Cloud shelf.
- Conduct market research to identify potential vendors who could fit the organization’s needs and set a suitable target accordingly.
- Working with internal departments to develop budgets and plans for new projects involving huge vendors.
- Achieving the sales targets for additional business through continuous client engagement.
Requirements
