Job Description

We are looking for a Facility Specialist to support the Business Operations’s department's functions and provide support to the brightest minds of every team at Mozn.
As a Facility Specialist, your daily workload might include:
- Manages the daily operations of the facility's activities, including administrative and clerical tasks.
- Receives requests for building or equipment maintenance.
- Places orders for supplies and equipment.
- Performs routine inspections of office or building space.
- Maintains records of maintenance and other facilities activity.
- Assists in coordinating and organizing special events for the company.
- Undertakes other assignments, special projects or duties as required.
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
- Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity.
- Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards orders, including validation of work performed by contract.
Requirements

- BS/MS from a top school in a relevant field.
- 4+ years experience in similar roles.
- Project management and leadership skills are essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
