An investment company is looking for a Private Equity Director to lead Private Equity team with a vision to sustain solid market shares in the industry.
The investment company is active in asset management, real estate, and private equity. They are one of the larger Private Equity players in the market.
Responsibilities
Strategic:
- Initiate Private Equity transactions and create deal structure to satisfy the client’s requirement.
- Sustain revenue growth by launching a deal pipeline which would fulfill revenue targets and strengthen the Company's position.
Client and Customers:
- Acquire clients from key growing sectors/industries.
People:
- Manage the transaction team at different levels of the deal process.
Risk amp; Control:
- Create control levels/thresholds customized to each transaction to address any potential risks.
Compliance amp; Regulatory:
- Comply with Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations and follow company compliance policies.
Quality:
- Sustain on going quality by maintaining a well-planned deal process.
Requirements
Candidates should have a proven record in:
- Market relationships.
- Capital Markets Understating.
- Private Equity Transaction Cycles Understanding.
- Targets Focus.
- Financial Analysis.
- Valuation Analysis.
- Team Management.
- Negotiation skills.
A combination of Western and Middle Eastern Experience is desired, with a recognized record in executing Merger and Acquisition and Private Equity transactions.
