Strategy Performance Senior Manager

We are looking for a Strategy amp; Performance Senior Manager to organize our Strategy amp; Performance function in terms of company scope and manage our team of Strategy amp; Performance. You will implement tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights. In this role, we expect you to have strong logical reasoning skills and business intelligence. The ability to communicate effectively is essential.

• Support to define and refine the organizational strategy and KPIs to ensure they are current and relevant
• Support in strategic planning: strategic framework, financial planning, annual KPI planning, coordination and alignment with relevant stakeholders
• Support the evolution and refinement of the organizational strategic roadmap in line with strategic objectives
• Drive ad-hoc market studies to support the strategy (i.e. JV feasibility, payment aggregator partnerships, etc.)
• Review and refresh organization strategy periodically as and when required, based on the insights derived from the performance reports as well as the overall shifts in regulatory, financial, and cultural environments.
• Summarize and synthesize large and complex data into structured and easy to understand strategic messaging and direction
• Identify key performance indicators, and guide and facilitate the performance evaluation against the set objectives and KPIs.
• Develop management dashboards to ensure strategic alignment of revenue, cost amp; Profitability metrics across countries and business segments
• Lead the development of the annual budget for each section in line with the overall plan.
• Communicate the organization’s vision and cascade the goals in an explicit, frequent, and transparent manner
• Lead the development of consolidated performance reports and executive presentations, and raise them to CSPO

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in advertising strategy and account management
• At least 4-5 year of consulting experience in top tier Management Consulting firm
• Previous Banking and Digital experience an advantage
• Strong strategic thinking, use data and logic to backup decisions and improve understanding
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record of developing successful campaign strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
