Senior Planner (CFPMO)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Planner (PMO) to generate forecasts, variance reports, and other documentation used to monitor and manage projects. The successful candidate is responsible to provide tools and systems necessary to effectively and proactively manage, control, and report on cost and schedule for concurrent projects throughout the organization.

• Duties include planning cost and schedule (work breakdown structure) metrics and tools, collecting performance data, tracking data, analyzing (earned value, productivity and risk analyses), and reporting.
• Identifies and tracks all changes or potential changes to the project scope, ensuring estimates of cost changes and schedule impact are given visibility with the client and project management.
• Integrates cost and schedule data and reporting with the company’s accounting and management information systems to facilitate meeting company performance and financial goals.
• Additional duties may include change control management, document control management, and critical path method network analysis.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Engineering or any related discipline
• 15 years’ experience; aware of associated discipline standards; completes tasks associated with discipline as part of a multidiscipline team under supervision of senior discipline lead; Degree in related discipline.
• Proficient in use of Primavera P6 and Risk Analysis software.
• Has experience in site development infrastructure or similar industry and has cost estimating experience on large to mega projects.
