We are looking for individuals with a product management and development background to help us enhance our artificial intelligence, Identify gaps in automation, expertise, or other areas that might be limiting company growth.
Responsibility
- Develop AI product roadmaps and timelines for new and existing product features
- Contribute to the overall product strategy, product roadmap, and business plan
- Carrying out necessary market research
- Identifying customer needs and validating the intended product’s value.
- Finding out about new customer behavior and market trends.
- Studying the products of competitors to determine the best way to position your product within its market.
- Ensure product vision and requirements are designed with scalability and long-term vision in mind
- Lead cross-functional team across research, design and development to design, test and pilot products
- Develop And Manage Training, Validation, And Test Data Sets
- Build and improve recommendation system
- Improve search engine
- Understand user personas and offer them targeted results
- Identify new data streams or unstructured datasets for analysis in order to create more predictive models and better understand consumer behavior
- Constantly assess the performance of their AI solution
- Developing analytical models from existing data sources or extracting insights from unstructured datasets on behalf of a business or organization.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Conduct experiments and measure the results, to identify potential risks and help adjust accordingly
- Experience in product management, with demonstrated ability to launch and manage new product releases
- Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of both AI and ML
- Strong understanding of data science and deep learning
- Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience partnering with technologists using Agile or other expedited design and development methodologies
- Proficiency with software development methodologies such as Agile and experience working with Scrum teams
