Job Description
Required to analyze overall discipline wise progress and efficiency report, compare with the target budgets, and indicate where areas where improvements are require.
Supervise Planning Engineers / Planners work & support them in follow-up of critical items of Projects. Expedite Planning team for taking timely actions on raising indents.
Look after various tasks of Planning & ensure compliance to client requirements & contract specifications.
Sort out cost related issues of Projects. Monitor cost variance on basis of budgeted costs for different items or cost centers. Check the Project Resources Cost against allocation budget & initiate action if exceeds the budget.
Coordinate with clients for additional jobs, changes, modifications, approval of alternate materials etc. Verify with concerned Projects team about any additional claims & advise clients accordingly.
Forward Check list for invoices to Finance department to raise invoices as per the contract terms & conditions. Cross check final account prior to payment by client.
Review Sub-contract agreements for specialized services prior to finalize.
Organize compilation of final & comprehensive Project close out report

B. Sc. Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering graduate with at least 03 years experience in planning of construction project by using MS Project or Primavera P-3
