Job Description:
- Provide general day-to-day HR support across the business in relation to all HR activities, employee benefits, training and development and other administration for employees and (as necessary), all in compliance with statutory obligations and best practice.
- Handling and processing disciplinary and grievance hearings as per the procedure.
- Developing an induction program for new employees.
- Providing support in relation to the administration and processing of promotion request.
- Dealing with government and private recruitment agencies i.e. (HRDF, TAMHEER)
- Issuing, applying and canceling of employee ID, Medical Insurance card etc.
- Ensuring adding/deletion from/to GOSI is taking place on tim
- Develop and maintain personnel employee filing/e-filing as per company as well as ISO standards
- Handle annual and emergency leaves
- Handle all employees ticketing including annual vacation, emergency, amp; business
- Analyzing any incidents in a separate report in order to find the root cause of it amp; prepare the necessary action to prevent it from happening again.
- Prepare and apply orientation program for all new hired employees
- Conducting investigations for employee grievances and analyzing the case in order to take necessary action like discipline.
Requirements
- Must be Saudi
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in HR
- Strong background in employee relations and labor law
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Excellent in English amp; MS Office
- Famaliar with government portals such Mudad, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem..etc
