We are looking for an HR Operations Manager to oversee all the operations and employees services and provide support to our employees. The HR Operations Manager responsibilities include preparing, reviewing and approving budgets, delivering and overseeing different employee services, participating in the development of and implementing new company policies, in addition to maintaining internal HR systems.To be successful in this role, you should have both the passion and personality to serve and help others.

Requirements

• A total of 5-7 years of proven work experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations\Services in Saudi Arabia
• Good knowledge of Saudi labor law
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
• Ability to develop clear and effective company policies and procedures
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Team management skills
• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
