We offer a B2B one-stop-shop, tackling the digital, operational, and logistical challenges and efficiently connecting businesses to an extensive network of wholesalers.

Job description:

• Creating end-to-end product opportunities by analyzing business and customer needs, operational processes, and implications with clear hypotheses, problem statements, research, and findings.
• Work closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, Operations, Logistics, Commercial, Legal, and other functions to assess product priorities, establish a roadmap, and author detailed product requirements.
• Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics related to the product.
• Drive product and feature launches and communication with customers and key stakeholders.
• Represent the company by visiting customers to gather feedback on autobia's products and services.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product internally and externally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience as product manager 2-4 years.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in breaking down complex problems.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Engineering, Design, Sales, Finance, Legal, etc.).
• Demonstrated passion for continuous learning in different industries and fields.
• Experience collaborating with User Experience Research (UXR) on user studies.
• Entrepreneurial drive with a deep passion for product excellence and user satisfaction.
• Experience in data analytics, A/B testing, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Shipped a product or a feature to a large user base.
