Responsibilities

• Actively involved in the Discover, Prepare, explore, Realize and Deploy of implementation of new projects according to Agile Methodology Consulting delivery skills (hands-on amp; project management)
• Design, configure, test , deploy and Support in Special Scenarios in SF Projects
• Prepare functional specifications and support development teams in Enhancement amp; Special Scenarios
• Conduct training and support data migration to key-users and business process owner
• Build Project Documentation to be as lessons learned of the Success Factor product portfolio, process areas and best practices according to ( IS - industry solution )
• Work within an on/off-site delivery approach, leveraging the entire SAP ecosystem to drive quicker deployments with a predictable outcome
• Conduct Fit to Standard Workshops and identify scoping, configuration, GAPs and Integration points
• Responsible for the testing approach, execution and successful outcome
• Support the industrialization of the implementation process to improve the timeline of deployments
• Provide services solutioning support through understanding the business requirements and producing Scope, Effort and timeline estimates and approach for service delivery.
• Work within the SAP Activate methodology and in an agile delivery model to drive project deliverables.
• Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage Activate workshops/meetings with internal and external Stakeholders

Requirements

• Between 2 6 years of professional experience
• Between 2 4 years professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Experience in designing and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, ECP, Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, Performance,)
• Experience in 2 modules or more modules is an advantage
• Experience in conceptualizing the technical integration of SuccessFactors to the system landscape of the customers
• Very good knowledge in 1 3 SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Being certified in SAP SuccessFactors Module or more is required
• Able to gather business and process requirements and translate them into the SAP SuccessFactors architecture
• Able to analyze complex problems in a structured and analytical way, to deliver innovative, practical, and sustainable solutions
• Delivery experience in agile methodology (e.g. SAP Activate)
• track record of successful projects.
• Ability to have strong, long-lasting relationships with customers at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English languages
• BA/BS degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
