Our client, a group of branded restaurant in Saudi Arabia is currently looking for an EXPERIENCED WAITRESS to join their team.

• Welcome guests to the venue
• Provide accurate wait times
• Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
• Bid farewell to customers upon their departure
• Maintain a clean dining area
• Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
• Address customers’ queries
• Provide customers with menus.

• Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
• Take customer orders and relay this to the kitchen.
• Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.
• Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food
• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Listen to any complaints that patrons have and address them appropriately
• Prepare bills and process payments.

Requirements

• Previous work experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a luxury, branded restaurant or 5-star hotel in GCC or Europe
• Below 31 years old
• Must be FEMALE ASIAN, EAST/SOUTH EUROPEAN OR SOUTH AFRICAN
• highly professional and experienced in handling VIP hotel guests
• Understanding of 5-star restaurant customer service etiquette
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Experience in managing customers especially during busy periods
• Excellent Attention to detail and comprehension skills
• Demonstrable excellent customer-service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
• Must be able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work in shifts as needed
• Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
• must be excellent in providing top notch customer service to discerning guests
• must be with excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
• must be fluent in English
• knowledge of other French, Arabic or other European language is a plus
• must be able to relocate and join immediately
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus

Basic salary: 3000SAR plus accommodation, food and transport , (tips) + standard single status employment benefits
