Job Description

Onboarding Management:

  • Plan and develop procedures for improving new joiners experience
  • Plan the conducting of on the boarding process.
  • Organize orientation programs (first day, first week, first month and first quarter)
  • Act as a consultant to new employees
  • Ensuring that the new joiners will have complete access to the necessary tools to perform their roles.
  • Communicate with new hires before their start date to provide the necessary information (e.g. work schedules and contract details)
  • The process will enable the new joiners to build a network within their department and their function within the organization.
  • Gather candidate experience feedback from new hires

Change Management:

  • Ensure stakeholder readiness by providing training, workshops, customer and supplier communications and any support needed for all changes within their respective field
  • Ensure that the Divisions involved in the change initiative are prepared for all changes required to ensure sustained morale levels and minimal impact on the culture

Review all change issues and provide recommendations on proper initiatives in order to ensure creating a vibrant work environment

Requirements

  • 4- 6 Years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field is required
