Responsibilities:
- Order dispatching and segregation.
- Follow up with drivers and shoppers through the order lifecycle.
- Dynamic transfer of supply to meet business needs.
- Redirect issues to related departments.
- Follow up orders all level (Waiting for shopping, shopping, start checkout,.etc.).
- Follow up orders General problems (technical, financial.etc.).
- Follow up on payment problems (credit line).
- Communicate with the agent through ( liveperson,Telegram,etc.) channels.
- Dynamic transfer of supply to meet business needs.
- Redirect issues to related departments.
