Responsibilities:

• Order dispatching and segregation.
• Follow up with drivers and shoppers through the order lifecycle.
• Dynamic transfer of supply to meet business needs.
• Redirect issues to related departments.

• Follow up orders all level (Waiting for shopping, shopping, start checkout,.etc.).
• Follow up orders General problems (technical, financial.etc.).
• Follow up on payment problems (credit line).
• Communicate with the agent through ( liveperson,Telegram,etc.) channels.
• Dynamic transfer of supply to meet business needs.
• Redirect issues to related departments.
