Duties and Responsibilities: Assets the AP Manager in
- Invoices Controlling. amp; Supplier Reconciliation.
- Supplier Payment Follow Up.
- Items Cost Price Updating Follow up.
- Supplier Contracts Follow up amp; Rebates Calculation.
- Inventory control.
- Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, payroll, etc.
- Disburse petty cash by recording entry, and verifying documentation
- Pay vendors by scheduling pay cheques, and ensuring payment is received for outstanding cheques
- Respond to all vendors’ enquiries
- Resolve payment discrepancies and documentations of purchase order, contract or invoices
- Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
- Calculate brokers’ sales commission, and prepare related report
- Maintain historical records
Requirements
- +1 years of experience in Accounting payable.
- Bachelor degree (Accounting)
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principals.
- Good Knowledge of purchase orders documents cycle amp; accounts.
- Good knowledge opening amp; closing petty cash payments.
- SAP Experience
