Duties and Responsibilities: Assets the AP Manager in

• Invoices Controlling. amp; Supplier Reconciliation.
• Supplier Payment Follow Up.
• Items Cost Price Updating Follow up.
• Supplier Contracts Follow up amp; Rebates Calculation.
• Inventory control.
• Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, payroll, etc.
• Disburse petty cash by recording entry, and verifying documentation
• Pay vendors by scheduling pay cheques, and ensuring payment is received for outstanding cheques
• Respond to all vendors’ enquiries
• Resolve payment discrepancies and documentations of purchase order, contract or invoices
• Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
• Calculate brokers’ sales commission, and prepare related report
• Maintain historical records

Requirements

• +1 years of experience in Accounting payable.
• Bachelor degree (Accounting)
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principals.
• Good Knowledge of purchase orders documents cycle amp; accounts.
• Good knowledge opening amp; closing petty cash payments.
• SAP Experience
