About the role:
We are looking for a candidate who can analyze and make decisions on critical steps, and also can develop and maintain a complete process mapping by workflow. We believe that the candidate should be able to create, develop and update processes documentation and ensure involvement of users throughout the processes. He/She should also be involved in helping continuously improve process routines with new ideas and inputs.
Responsibilities:
- Define, build, and align the business process flows for upcoming tasks and projects across the division.
- Implementation of process architecture within the systems by liaising with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Overseeing all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives
- Undertake regular process audits and ensure 0 deviations on-ground implementation
- Work in close coordination with the Quality team to define quality metrics and identify/implement improvement areas
- Define process KPIs and align with business stakeholders on the implementation
- Ensures effective impact analysis for any operational or system workflow changes in the process.
- Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization, and drive changes to showcase KPI improvements.
- Performing ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.
- Presenting progress reports and integrating feedback.
- Revising and updating procedures and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of process management experience.
- Strong analytical amp; problem-solving skills.
- Lean six sigma or similar certifications preferential.
- Salesforce knowledge/experience is an advantage.
- Ability to stay organized amp; multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English is written and verbal communication skills.
