We are looking for Budgeting, Reporting amp; Treasury Manager who will be in charge for the below duties :
Responsibilities:
1. Support and manage all aspects of financial operations, including:
- Report on the financial performance of the operations on a monthly basis to CFO.
- Ensure all financial accounting for the plant is completed, ensuring accurate reporting of monthly financial forecasts and actual results.
- Ensure value added analysis and narratives are completed for all major variances to plan, and work closely with the budget owners to drive corrective measures when necessary.
- Proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities.
2. Support and manage the annual planning process:
- Manage all business plan profit amp; loss and balance sheet processes and presentations, ensuring all deadlines met with quality analysis and commentary.
- Manage timetable and communicate with plant management / planning / procurement.
- Work with plant management team to ensure key inputs are prepared and approved within guidelines / deadlines.
- Support strong control and compliances and work with internal and external auditors.
3. Business Partnering:
- Manage the financial aspects of non-concentrate business models.
- Manage reporting routines.
- Build value-added relationships with internal amp; external stakeholders.
4.Treasury:
- Develop, manage and recommend short/ long term Treasury strategies and plans.
- Test internal control systems to ensure accuracy and adequacy of Treasury/ Banking records and documentations, including appropriate procedures, manuals, and standard practice instructions.
- Suggest any adjustments or amendments related to the followed Treasury/ Banking procedures and regulations that would enhance work efficiency.
- Manage daily Treasury operation including (but not limited to) financing, cash recycling/ investment, foreign currency risk identification and/or mitigation.
- Optimize Cash Management and take the necessary actions to ensure liquidity through internal and external resources.
- Anticipate short/ long term cash requirements from operational, investment, dividends, etc.
- Develop and implement short/ long term cash flow forecast.
- Review, improve and document banks, cash and liquidity management and business processes.
- Develop and manage banks' relationship.
- Negotiate and implement different Treasury amp; Banking products.
- Identify cost saving opportunities from Treasury amp; Banking perspective.
5.Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement:
- Coordinate Operational Excellence initiatives in Finance to implement process improvements and standardization of processes across the company.
- Provide finance input to a variety of ad hoc and project requests and drive value added initiatives in the plants in conjunction with other functions.
Requirements
Qualifications amp; Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or CA/CIMA/ACCA/CPA qualification or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a finance managerial role preferred.
- Prior experience in a medium to large scale manufacturing operation preferred
- Strong detailed knowledge of SAP and integrated manufacturing systems preferred
- Demonstrated track record of both internal and external business partnering
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with senior management
- Strong presentation and communication skills and ability to influence management in the decision-making process.
- Travel; will be less than 5% of time
