• Well versed in solutioning and SAP configuration
• Hands-on experience in production execution, production planning, PP-PI, PI-Sheet, Process control, MRP, REM, Backflush, Discrete Manufacturing, Quality Management, BOM, Routers/Recipe, Product Costing
• Hands-on experience in Production with Handling Unit concept and enablement of QA inspection at HU level
• Hands-on experience in Variant Configuration and PLM
• Hands-on experience in SCM-PPDS, CIF and other APO modules
• Hands-on experience Shopfloor systems integration and integration with SD, MM/ IM, QM, MDG and WM
• Hands-on experience in MII and Plant Connectivity
• Hands-on experience with LIMS system integration
• Hands-on experience in interfaces, EDI, IDoc, and Process Orchestration integration
• Should be able to configure SAP system as per client business requirements and reflects best practice and recommendation
• Exposure on Product Costing Functionality

• Good experience in end to end processes of SAP Production Planning and execution (Demand Management, Sales and Operations planning, MRP, Long term planning, Flexible Planning, Production order management and execution, Order settlement and Product costing) with good cross functional knowledge and experience in other SAP modules like MM, SD and FI and CO.

• Expert knowledge in IT ERP Production planning amp; Quality Management (PPQM) Functional architecture and functionalities including the master , MRP planning, Manufacturing processes.
• Expert knowledge in integration points of Production planning amp; Quality Management (PPQM) with other modules
• Good knowledge in ABAP and Basis tools and components
• Influence capabilities
• Excellent in building teams and business relationships
• Knowledgeable with policies, procedures, KPIs, systems and best practices in the areas of IT
• Strong planning skills
• Sound quantitative and analytical skills
