Responsibilities :· Develop and Craft holistic Creative Strategies on a broad time horizon that fulfill Annual Marketing· plan objectives and KPIs.· Lead a large team of Creative Designers and Writers to execute Creative Proposals that fall in line with the Creative Strategy and Communication Plan.· Efficient assignment of Creative Team members to ensure Quality, Timely and Impactful delivery of ideas and executions.· Work closely with all Internal and External Stakeholders to develop/generate to optimize and develop Marketing Plans which the Creative Strategy can fulfill.· Supervise High Production Value projects to ensureit is in line with the industrystandards and creative quality.· Work with the team to produce new ideas for Nana branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.· Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.· Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual function requirements.· Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.· Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.· Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.· Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy that meets Nana’s requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields.
  • A minimum of 7 years advertising experience, with a solid understanding of design and art direction, copy, web practices, production, TVC, activation, branding.
  • A minimum of 4 years digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social, and emerging technologies.
  • Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
  • Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
