• Outline quality assurance policies and procedures
• Perform on-warehouse house inspections of products at all stages of production to ensure the highest possible quality standards

• Plan, conduct, and supervise test and inspection of materials and products to ensure quality is maintained
• Analyze data feeds and error logs to determine points of failure and devise solutions
• Identifying and resolving workflow and handling issues.
• Create and present recommendations to streamline production processes in ways that heighten quality standards
• Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
• Ensure final products and logistical process adhere to all specifications and regulations
• Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
• investigate customer complaints and issues non-conformance amp; opportunity for improvement if required
• Perform warehouse inspections of products at all stages (inbound/outbound and last mile ) to ensure the highest possible quality standards
• Analyze data along with customer complaints to ensure avoiding quality defects and devise solutions or create SOP’s as a preventive measure to avoid them.
• Create and present recommendations to streamline Supply chain processes in ways that heighten quality standards
• Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.

Requirements

• 1 years of professional experience in quality management
• Proven experience in FMCG is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering

• Excellent oral and written skills
• Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing solutions to complex problems that may not have one clear answer.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft
• Having the ability to build SOP’s using clear VSM standards
