Knowledge Management Officer

• Define and implement Knowledge Management (KM) process and standards
• Align Knowledge Management (KM) with organization strategy and support departments
• Communicate KM policies and changes in policies to all the stakeholders
• Set, review, and enhance files access permissions rules and standards.
• Provide insights on latest technology trends in collaboration tools and content management.
• Work with teams to make sure the required functional and technical knowledge is captured in the documentation
• Establish documentation review process to check for all the standards agreed are adhered.
• Maintain knowledge articles in a central place accessible to all the stakeholders and increase findability of knowledge.
• Create reports showcasing the knowledge produced and captured for each on-going project/ team.
• Follow up with data retention regulations and standards to ensure continuously meeting legal and business data archival requirements.
• Support in helping stakeholders navigate within the existing documents when needed.
• Support in informing stakeholders on the status of the existing library so that they are aware of the changes and can act upon them accordingly
• Search and provide the latest trending KM initiatives and tools and periodically suggest a list of potential initiatives/tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field of study (Information Technology, Business, Social Sciences)
• Proven experience in successfully leading development and implementation of KM processes
• Good command of both Arabic and English is required
• Nice to have: Experience with SharePoint is preferred.
• Nice to have: knowledge of Windows file server administration.
