Key Accountability Areas:
- Creating policies and employee handbooks that detail company operations amp; policies
- Emailing new hires with details about the company, including parking information, work schedules, and dress codes
- Welcoming new hires with prepared onboarding kits and an office tour.
- Providing new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed.
- Preparing and sending forms to the employees
- Contacts new hires to determine joining date
- Gathering and filing and documentation all paperwork related to new hires, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
- Detailing all new hires' initial tasks and answering any queries.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's or associate's degree in human resources management or a related field
Excellent oral and written skills
Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing solutions to complex problems that may not have one clear answer.
