We are looking for a development' heroes to join our technical support team, who will be responsible to fix, enhance and improve system technical areas.
The responsibilities will be as of below:

- Fix system bugs, by applying the suitable code based solutions.
- Quick response for system issues solving.
- Apply the required system enhancements/development.
- Track and troubleshooting system issues.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
Requirements
- - Minimum 2 years of Laravel framework experience.
- - Bachelor Degree
- - Git, Github knowledge.
- - Vue.js / React.js knowledge is an advantage.
- - Good knowledge of dealing with databases especially MySQL.
