A Very big Mineral Water Company in Saudi Arabia requires the services of an expert Sales Supervisor to manage and handle the sales activities of salesman/sales representatives. The Company offers very attractive salary package with Commission.
Job Specification
- Plans and prioritizes sales activities within the assigned territory.
- Develops, monitors and assesses the daily sales activities of the sales representatives in his area.
- Monitors on daily basis of the Vehicles through the Tracking devices.
-Maintains the credit frames of the allocated Credit Limits & Credit Period as assigned by the Company.
- Receives the daily reports and forms from the Sales representatives, and duly reports the same to the Head Office.
- Submits his daily Orders at day-end and keeps trail of all deliveries and trucks within his area.
- Responsible for the correct invoicing and collection as per the regulations of the Company.
- Participates in the establishment of Monthly / Quarterly &Yearly Sales Forecasts and monitors the growth and achievements.
- Proposes promotions, service mix and pricing.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
