Objective
Test and analyze material (Raw Sugar, Packing Material, Environment and Swab samples amp; Finished product ) utilizing Microbiology laboratory equipment in a safe, sanitary, quality, and efficient manner.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- carrying out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies to carry out analyses;
- Perform microbiology analysis of raw materials, intermediate, final products and packing material
- Implement development method and validation protocols.
- Update and calibrate micro lab analysis instruments.
- Comply with applicable standard (FSSC, SFDA and customer requirements) to improve products.
- Perform Media preparation, Autoclaving, Inoculation and incubation work.
- Maintaining microbiology lab inventory.
- Ensuring GLP in the Laboratory amp; Microbiological Laboratory.
- Documentation of the FSSC certification related to Laboratory amp; microbiology Lab
- Compile and record data for documentation needed for testing and reports preparation.
- Record data on computer/SAP following standard operating methods.

Degree
Bachelors in Biology/ Microbiology/ food microbiology
Experience
Two year experience in microbiology Laboratory
Special Qualifications
Food Safety course is desirable
