Record employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, termination date and reason for termination.
Update employee information (Iqama, Passport, Saudi ID Cards, Driving License, etc.) in the System and record the hard copies in the personal files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other uses.
Examine employee information in the System and personal files to answer inquiries and provide information to authorized persons.
Compile data from personnel records and prepare reports as instructed by direct supervisor.
Process Addition/ Deletion of Medical Insurance Cards on Medical Insurance Service Provider online application as per request received, forward and follow-up all Medical Reimbursement Claims.
Adding new employees in GOSI system / Clearing terminated or resigned employees.
Report any work injury to GOSI online within 72 hours of injury. Update GOSI status for monthly payment.
Prepare Letters as per the employee request and as per the company policy.
Fill all forms as required by government entities.
Perform all the activities and keep all information confidential.
Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions

5-7 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
