Trainer

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To develop the knowledge and skills of Salla’s team, in order to ensure that the current and future goals of Salla are met by the employees.

TRAINER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare training plans and programs, and acknowledge the training needs in coordination with the Line Manager of each department.
• Plan, prepare and provide training courses for all team members of all departments and concerned authorities.
• Manage training lectures/ sessions.
• Prepare exams, examination papers, exercises and evaluation.
• Observe trainees’ performance during and after training, to provide notes and remarks regarding them.
• Write, develop and produce new materials that include audiovisual aids to meet work needs.
• Attend and participate in training courses assigned by Lamp;D Manager.
• Participate in marketing and advertising training activities to all team members of all departments and concerned authorities.
• Prepare information for inspection visits or other training sessions to ensure quality.
• Perform basic administrative tasks, such as keeping trainees' records, attendance records, statistics, etc.
• Submit reports of progress, results, proposals and recommendations to Lamp;D Manager.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for training by following regulatory standards and legal regulations.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of the contents during training sessions.
• Carry out all duties and tasks assigned by the Lamp;D Manager as required., in which are related to the nature of the work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or high diploma in a related field.
• +3 years of work experience in Training.
• TOT certified.
• Proven experience in using audiovisual tools in training courses and in providing various activities to trainees.
• Continuously looking for developing and improving his/her training and presentation skills.
