Job Description
- Facilitate community planning initiatives through identifying and creating
- development opportunities.
- Coordinate and provide support to the CBD department and other departments.
- Identify, secure and coordinate resources necessary to implement community
- business development programs, and make recommendations on potential
- opportunities.
- Create invitation forms and presentations, send them through different official
- channels of Salla and analyze the outcome.
- Follow up with Salla’s merchants who are attending the events.
- Prepare and submit weekly or monthly reports.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Business or a closely related field.
- Previous work experience in community development.
KEY COMPETENCIES
The job holder needs to possess a high level of:
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Work in a multicultural setting.
