To provide Sary with legal support and advice through all legal transactions and litigations, in order to protect Sary interests from a legal perspective, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, and adopted policies and procedure within the Organizational standards and approved policies.
- Representation of the company in local and international participants as requested by the executives.
- Protect the company against claims and lawsuits.
- Drafting legal memorandum, and legal notes to set up lawsuits
- In charge of all internal investigations within the Company.
- Providing legal advice on HR issues. And represent the Company before any Labor committee.
- Research and investigate issues and prepare necessary legal documents.
- Monitor developments in relevant professional fields and act as a source of technical guidance in order to resolve escalated problems, input into the development of Legal practices.
- Follow-up all the regulations, circulars and decrees by the relevant government bodies and authorities, and reporting to the legal director and the executive.
- Build relationships with law firms that provide legal support to the company.
- Preparation and/or reviewing any correspondence that have a legal nature.
- Provide legal advice as requested.
- Propose appropriate recommendations on company polices, and ensure safeguard the company’s interests and rights.
- Set policies and deliver high-level briefs on behalf of senior management relating to key specialist requirements which have a significant impact on the organization.
- Act as the leading authority within a given Legal discipline in order to provide advice to the business, ensuring best practice internally and externally.
- Lead all Legal activities in the department and ensure the appropriate governance framework is in place to enable business objectives to be met and return on investment maximized.
- When needed, negotiate with external contractors in order to agree and set service standards.
- Development the general legal strategies and polices of the company in order to reduce the Lawsuits, and disputes with third parties, and other potential problems related to the company’s business.
- Follow-up all regulations, circulars and decrees by the relevant government bodies and authorities, and reporting to the executives.
- Review and finalize the company contracts, agreements, MOU and legal notes.
- Propose appropriate recommendations on company polices, and ensure safeguard the company’s interests and rights.
Requirements
- 6- 9 Years of relevant experience
- Experience in FMCG industry
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field is required
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
