Job Description
As a talent placement associate, you will be crucial for maintaining great strategic relationships with our clients and understanding their needs. You will have a great and unique opportunity to meet the most ambitious leaders in the fastest growing start-ups and fulfill their needs in terms of talent for hiring.
You will also be responsible for cross-selling and upselling the clients as they scale up their businesses and have faith as we deliver on their needs. You will be responsible for matching our admitted candidates with our clients based on your expertise of different work environments and how you see our candidates fitting.
You will also be expected to bring in new clients. To do that, you will use your current relationship with existing clients to know about potential ones. You will be sourcing to tech companies that show signs of growth. Performing all the above will require a great deal of social intelligence in order to maintain great relationships with our clients and lift Scalers’ reputation in the industry. What we expect you to do:
- Develop strong, meaningful, and sustainable relationships with existing hiring partners so that they love working with you and Scalers
- Analyze future trends/market opportunities and communicate them with Scalers colleagues and leveraging that to develop new business lines.
- Understand our hiring partner’s specific-needs in candidates in order to gather input
- Differentiate between our hiring partners’ work environments and take that into account when matching candidates
- Drive upselling with existing partners as they have more faith in the service we are providing
- Matching candidates with those partners. You’ll be responsible for closing the job vacancies.
- Keep track of graduates and ensure their great performance. Manage the post bootcamp process for our talent and ensure their placement.
- Help candidates through their interview process and assist them with the resources they need to succeed
Requirements

- Relevant past experience in working with recruiting agencies is preferred, however, not necessary.
- Relevant past experience in Sales is preferred, however, not necessary.
