Main Task and Responsibilities

  • Provide quality assurance of processes and functionalities.
  • Evaluating amp; controlling performance according to guidelines.
  • Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
  • Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.
  • Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
  • Monitor overall business performance with regard to service quality and compliance with the design and guidelines.
  • Report on work that does not meet requirements and share it with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with senior managers to identify approaches and methods to improve the overall quality
  • Responsible to ensure proper implementation of operational instructions across all Foodics service policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis on the monthly performance across all functions and suggest action plans to overcome weaknesses.
  • Enhance service awareness in the attitude and approach of all staff, especially the front line staff.
  • Ensure customer complaints are attended to in a prompt manner and satisfactorily resolved.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient usage of the customer complaint management process/ system and customer feedback mechanisms by the concerned staff.
  • Conducting mystery shopping surveys and other checks/surveys on an unannounced basis to monitor performance against the established service quality standards and reporting the results
  • Conduct market research to understand customer’s needs and Foodics competitive value
  • conducting qualitative or quantitative surveys, which may involve field, interview, or focus group assessments
  • Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operation
  • Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches, and implement best practices

Requirements

  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
  • Proven Market Research Analysis experience
  • Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS, or similar), databases, and MS Office
  • Knowledgable in search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen
  • Familiarity with CRM programs
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc)
  • Working knowledge of data warehousing, modeling, and mining
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
