We are looking for a reliable Operations Associate to support the Operations Team with the management of the day-to-day business.
Requirements
The Operations Associate's responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Manage day to day operations.
- Monitor, improve and control the daily operational KPI’s
- Perform administrative tasks and keeping records of daily operations
- Assisting other company departments as needed, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
A successful Operations Associate should be highly organized and have a versatile skill set to support a variety of different business functions with a diverse range of tasks.
Operations Associate Responsibilities:
- Tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues.
- Supporting the logistics manager with the enforcement of company policies and standards.
- Acquiring drivers
- Managing Fleet.
- Optimize routes.
- Working under Pressure.
Operations Associate Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Good at using Excel Sheets.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Familiar with Qassim areas and districts.
- Computer proficiency.
- Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial.
- Must be details and solutions-oriented
- Native Arabic Speaker and excellent English.
