Credit Analyst is responsible for conducting detailed financial, commercial and technical due diligence and prepare written credit and risk analysis reports on new small and medium enterprises (SMEs) lending proposals. Also, the Credit Analyst will evaluate all requests regarding amendments and restructuring of existing loans.
Function Description
- Conduct credit and risk assessment on business plan proposals
- Prepare credit proposals and submit terms/conditions for authority review and approval
- Preform financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Evaluate the financial, technical and commercial viability of submitted business plans
- Develop deal structure and negotiate terms and conditions with entrepreneurs
- Evaluate amendment and restructuring proposals/requests
