About the Role
The Interior Planner is the first point of contact with the customer. You are responsible for the planning of kitchens and wardrobes of the customer. You need to understand the customer need, the dimensions of the living space and then plan the best solution possible. You will also be responsible for booking the measurement appointment at the customers residence, following it up with a planning meeting, suggesting the right accessories, appliances and close the sale. You will work closely with the fitters to minimise errors in planning and thereby reduce the overall costs of the kitchen. You should also provide constant feedback on the performance of products ( internal and external) to the Product / Master data executive.
Key Specific Accountabilities:
Planning
Ensure that the customer gets the measurement appointment within 24 hours of enquiry
Ensure kitchen planning appointment within 24 hours of measurement.
Provide the best solution possible to the customer for kitchens and wardrobes
Store Disciplines, SOP’s and Routines
Follow all store SOP’s, routines and guidelines
Follow the store operating guidelines
Customer Service
Understand the customer needs and provide a “solution based sales”.
Always keep the customer first and work with fitters, product executive to provide seamless service
About You
To be successfully considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following skills and experience:
High School or certificate course from technical institutes
3+ years experience as Interior Designers / Kitchen planners.
Excellent knowledge of planning tools is a must.
Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat/ Sketch is an added advantage.
