Job Description
Passive Network Installation, troubleshooting, and testing network infrastructure solutions in all facilities and Data centers Maintain and inspect network passive wired and wireless infrastructure solutions Maintain all Data rooms based on approved standards and procedures Technicians must have a valid Work permit receiver to work inside facilities and inside CDC Datacenter in Maintain records, tracks and documents for all assets including hardware inventory, connectivity details and problem-solving documentation (i.e root cause analysis, knowledge base). Follow approved processes, including; but not limited to, incident management, change management, on call support, architecture designs and security policies. Transmission link maintenance that includes but not limited to Fiber maintenance activities, i.e. splicing, testing and troubleshooting with all required tools insuring a proper detection and remedy of all transmission links potential faults. Maintain all services as per Service level agreement and minimize the interruption to the critical areas.Requirements
- With 3 to 5 years’ experience in Network Operation Center
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in Reports including Scheduled and Ad- Hoc Reports
