Job Description

Financial Analyst is responsible for monitoring system and all application associated with it. He is also operation performance enhancement and compliance. In charge of reviewing finance policies, procedures and processes. Additionally, maintaining, developing, periodical reviewing of chart of accounts.


Responsibilities

  • Functional analysis with ERP (MSD modules, etc.)
  • System design development coordination with IT, configuration, customization, integration, testing and support
  • Develop corrective financial action plans, as required, that support Company policies, procedures, processes and goals.
  • Maintaining, developing, periodical reviewing of the company chart of accounts
  • Oversees the development and implementation of systems, and controls to ensure that the quality and allocation are properly accounted for.
  • Support financial statement audits amp; other accounting projects, as necessary.
  • Actively participate in change management and contingency management processes.
  • System implementation coordination including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation activities
  • Perform or assist with financial compliance and procedural audits.
  • Analyze and report variances for all processes.
  • Review cost data and coordinate resolution of concerns with other cost centers.
  • Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
  • Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
  • Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity.
  • Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards.
  • Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field is required
  • Master’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred
