Accountant - Account Receivable

Summary:

• AR Accountant is the owner of Revenue recognition, AR-Vendors selection and risk evaluation and all Pamp;L TOP lines,
• Cash Pooling and bank follow-Up for all input payments and transaction
• He/she is the owner of accuracy, internal controls and policies respect and alignment with company strategy as well as local taxes requirements

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Order Management

• Manage Documents relate to sales and sales deductions (discount-rebate)
• Manage Blocked Orders
• Manage Customers data, creations, credit limits
• Resolve Exceptions and Customer requirements

Account receivable

• Manage incoming payment, collect Debt-Customers statements-account
• Bad debt, overdue follow-up and recovering
• Bad Debt accruals and write off

Revenue and Revenue deductions

• Gross sales accounting-sales recognition matching
• Credit note and debit note management
• Discounts-rebates-TMI-CMI- damaged good

Cash Pooling

• Cash Forecasting-Collection plan preparation with sales team
• Short term loan and LT loan follow-up
• Financial charges Follow-up

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in accounting
• Three years of experience in food production/ trading sector
• High attention to details
• Analytical skills
• Living amp; authorized to work in Saudi Arabia
• Good English
