Support in overseeing the Water Theme Park design in close collaboration with contracted third-party design vendors to ensure successful delivery of all projects.
- Support in overseeing drawings (architectural, structural, MEP and landscape) development, site analysis, concept designs, plans, final designs and construction details to ensure compliance with approved themes, dimensions, schedule and budget.
- Assist in budget development, cost estimations and forecasts in order to ensure design upgrades/modifications are continuously reflected.
- Participate in managing the relationship with contracted third-party design companies and key stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation.
- Participate in periodic meetings with Government representatives to facilitate design programs in terms of legal matters and compliance of design with local regulations.
- Provide the Planning amp; Design team with regular updates on designs and drawings modifications to ensure compliance with BIM guidelines and GIS data.
- Assist in design quality assurance audits in coordination with QDC PMO and QDC Planning amp; Design to ensure delivery in accordance with agreed quality standards.
- Assist in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) design audits in coordination with QDC PMO to ensure compliance with HSE construction requirements.
- Provide input to the Water Theme Park project control risk registers, cost reports and general documentation to ensure accurate project controls.
- Manage the design process through Aconex which includes submission of drawings, reports and any clarifications.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field
6-9 preferred total years of relevant experience
