1. Oversee the design development process for all Hotel and SPA assets including but not limited to drawings (architectural, structural, MEP and landscape), site analysis, concept designs, plans, final designs and construction details to ensure compliance with approved themes, dimensions and budget.
2. Advise on budget development, cost estimations and forecasts in order to ensure design upgrades/modifications are continuously reflected.
3. Manage the relationship with contracted third party design companies and key stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation.
4. Lead periodic meetings with Government representatives to facilitate design programs in terms of legal matters and compliance of design with local regulations.
5. Provide the Planning amp; Design team with regular updates on designs and drawings modifications to ensure compliance with BIM guidelines and GIS data.
6. Advise on design quality assurance audits in coordination with QDC PMO to ensure delivery in accordance with agreed quality standards.
7. Advise on Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) audits in coordination with QDC PMO to ensure compliance with HSE construction requirements.
8. Provide the Project Controls team with detailed risk registers, cost reports and general documentation to ensure accurate project controls.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field
Master’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field preferred
15 or above preferred total years of relevant experience
