Foodics Professional Services are the services that Foodics provide to its customers including installations, technical visits, menu upload, etc. These services are either provided by Foodics team or through partners. This role will have a direct impact on the growth and success of Foodics ecosystem.


Main Task amp; Responsibilities

  • Set Foodics professional services ecosystem strategy.
  • Coordinate new customers onboarding with all relevant stakeholders e.g. IT, training, and customer success to ensure having the best experience for Foodics new customers.
  • Lead the professional services team.
  • Train and certify freelancers to provide Foodics services to the customers.
  • Manage the cycle and quality of Foodics freelancers and partners.
  • Manage the hardware inventory and ensure having the right amount of items for the forecasted demand.
  • Coordinate the shipping processes with the logistic/fulfillment companies.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize the processes governing the professional services partnerships including:
  • The acquisition of strategic and valuable partners e.g. marketing agencies, accounting firms, operation management firms, etc.
  • The commercial agreements developed with the partners and aligned with internal stakeholders.
  • Managing the relationship with the partners.
  • Managing the quality of the partners.
  • Resolving issues between Foodics partners and customers.
  • Promote Foodics professional services to customers by starting different marketing campaigns.
  • Work with Foodics products leaders to ensure covering their PS (Professional Services) needs.
  • Work with the different counties’ GMs to ensure covering their PS (Professional Services) needs.
  • Monitor and optimize PS (Professional Services) revenues/costs.
  • Set the right performance metrics for the PS (Professional Services) team.
  • Develop the required monitoring reports/dashboards to ensure all PS (Professional Services) jobs are going well, and leave no space for luck.
  • Keep looking for efficiency optimization opportunities that will result in an overall cost reduction

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information System, or relevant field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in operations/supply chain/professional services.
  • Previous experience leading teams.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in developing partnerships and commercial agreements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and basic programming skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must have strong and excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Arabic is a must. Other European language is a big plus (Spanish, Italian or French)
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously
