Main Task and Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through successful leadership, organizational planning, customer service, and outstanding execution of go-to-market sales strategy for existing client base and new business acquisition
  • Develop a strategic sales plan to acquire new business in assigned territory, meeting/exceeding sales targets, and successfully executing a consultative sales process from opportunity identification through close.
  • Actively manage and refine the sales process including sales activity, pipeline and accurate forecasting
  • Evaluate potential market opportunities and competitors to ensure that the company is maximizing revenue and selling effectively against competitors
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status
  • Work alongside with marketing unit to position new product launches to generate awareness, demand and revenue
  • Identify and analyze underlying client business and sales issues in order to match the appropriate solution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • At least five years of proven experience in B2B sales and business development for software and/or services solutions in the enterprise market
  • Previous experience of selling strategic Technology Services, either from systems integration or other SaaS / Cloud related services is an advantage
  • Experience of selling enterprise software platforms/solutions is preferred
  • Strong relationships within key stake holders in target enterprise accounts
  • Proven ability to develop account strategies and cross-functional collaboration to transform opportunities into business
  • Proven experience in navigating complex sales cycles
  • Excellent product presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports
  • Must have excellent communication skills both in English and Arabic. Other European languages is a plus.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
