Job Description

We are looking for Marketing team lead to handle our marketing activities, including developing strategies and tactics to improve sales, tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.

To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.


Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
  • Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
  • Assist with organizing promotional events
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters)
  • Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company and drive qualified traffic to its front door.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Understand our vision and goals, assess current marketing processes/capabilities and perform gap analysis, follow by executing corrections.
  • Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics
  • Collect and analyze consumer behavior data
  • Conduct market research and benchmarks to identify new marketing opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
  • Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, Appsflyer)
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
