People Operations Specialist Responsibilities? Payroll· Maintain the monthly payroll activities including social insurance registrations amp; payroll taxes.· Update and maintain payroll records on the HR System on a monthly basis.· Interpret policies in relation to overtime, leaves, loans and payroll calculations to staff.· Communicate with the concerned departments to ensure the integrity of the payroll data including data.· Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by management.Personnel· Implement the process of contracts creation and renewal to ensure the completion and the accuracy of the process.· Manage the company relation with concerned governmental authorities (Labor Office, Social Insurance Organization, etc.) to ensure compliance with the law.· Create HR letters and Experience letters for employees.Procurement:· Identify suppliers of goods and services.· Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.· Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders· Submit all procurement requests on Kiss flow and follow up on approvals.Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered Ownership: We Step up, drive it, and deliver it.
