As part of the HR Shared Services, you will provide support for AF employees in terms of On / Off boarding activities, Employee services, HR data management , end of service benefit calculation, government formalities, advice on policy and labor law in collaboration with Line Managers, HR Business Partners and different stakeholders
Description
1 Work on Separation cases , follow up with Employee and Manager for Separation process Work on Manual letters - to issue special format letter basis approval to ensured end to end close up of all activities
2 Work on New Hires coordination and communication with all stakeholders, to ensure delivery of all On boarding logistics
3 Responsible for the timely and correct employee data and SAP data entries, tracking system and background checks to ensure there are no delays.
4 Manage employee files in terms of collecting, scanning, archiving and updating as per company standards
5 Responsible of all HRO services delivery and control in terms of GOSI, medical insurance, contracts letters ..etc.
6 Focus on providing high-level customer satisfaction and on continued customer satisfaction and quality. Display a proactive and creative attitude.
7 Present at the HR Induction day each week to provide guidance to all new staff and answer any onboarding related questions. Coordinate company presentations and product demos
8 Create timely reports and trackers as per request from Line manager .
9 Complete additional tasks as requested by the Team Leader/Manager.
10 Attend and document employee disciplinary cases once assigned by line manager
