Your tasks and responsibilities
You will provide guidance in accordance with Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines and IFRS (international financial reporting standards)
You will collaborate with the business units and functional groups on a broad spectrum providing technical accounting guidance and oversight for significant and complex accounting and reporting topics
You will review and approve complex journal entries and account reconciliations
You will be ensuring accuracy of books and record by analyzing and reviewing financial statements as well as drive balance sheet review process and provide remediation and solution
You will coordinate on accounting and reporting issues with Zone
You will ensure that general accounting processes and function is in adherence to SIEMENS policies and IFRS
You will ensure transactions are recorded in conformance with IFRS and adequate internal controls are in place and in line with Siemens International Chart of Accounts
You will be responsible for resolving reporting and closing queries and develop controls to avoid repeated issues
You will support quarterly and yearly external audit process (Consolation) by providing timely information and resolve queries from auditor
You will ensure month end closing process is executed smoothly
Job Specification
Your qualifications and experience
Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification from reputable institution.
Proven track record and 5-8 years of relevant experience in public and non-public organization.
Strong Healthcare Sector knowledge in KSA or wider region.
Expertise in ERM and internal controls.
