IT Manager ( Seidor One-KSA)
SEIDOR, Saudi Arabia

• Lead the digital transformation project to transition from on-premise ERP systems to a cloud-based end-to-end ERP solution and cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solution.
• Oversee the implementation of a cloud-based analytics solution for advanced analytics and reporting.
• Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure across all business entities, including hospitals, healthcare facilities, car rental business, a date company, a bakery, etc.
• Oversee the data migration process from existing systems to the new platform, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure service delivery aligns with company objectives and project timelines.
• Lead the IT team in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring high availability and performance of IT services.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to support compliance, data protection, and security standards.
• Drive change management processes to facilitate user adoption of new systems and processes.
• Monitor technology trends and advancements to recommend improvements and enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Must have proven experience in managing IT projects, particularly SME focused ERP solutions (SAP BusinessOne, Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics, ) as well as, cloud-based solutions
• Strong understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools, especially PowerBI are a plus
• Experience with data migration, integration, and management in a cloud environment are a plus
• Knowledge of IT compliance, data protection, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to new technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural and dynamic environment.
